Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of LLMeKnow (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these terms.

1. Who we are

LLMeKnow is operated by MurmurInt (the "Provider"). We operate from South Africa. Our infrastructure may be hosted outside South Africa (for example, on servers located in Germany).

2. Access and accounts

Access may be restricted to pre-authorised users. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity that occurs under your account.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Service in a way that is unlawful, harmful, or misleading
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems or data
• interfere with or disrupt the Service (including excessive automated requests)
• upload or transmit malicious code

4. Service availability

We aim to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service.

5. Intellectual property

The Service and its content are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or redistribute the Service except as permitted by law or with our written permission.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Insights generated by the Service may be incomplete or inaccurate and should not be treated as professional advice.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Where permitted, you agree that disputes will be resolved in the courts of South Africa.

10. Subscriptions and billing

Access to paid features requires an active subscription. Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically unless cancelled. Payments are processed by Paystack. By subscribing you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

If a scheduled payment fails, we will retry the charge. If payment is not collected within three (3) business days your account will be suspended. No data is deleted during suspension.

11. Credits

Credits are a prepaid balance used for AI usage and additional campaign slots above your plan limit. Credits do not expire. Credits are consumed as you use the Service and cannot be transferred between organisations.

12. Price changes

We will provide at least 30 days written notice before any change to subscription pricing. Continued use of the Service after that period constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

13. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through Settings → Billing. There are no cancellation fees. Access to paid features continues until the end of the current billing period. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for full details.
